As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals.

Job Summary:

Legere Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive / Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical, weight loss, injectables, nutritional supplements, and dermatology/topical products industries. We are looking for individuals who possess in-depth knowledge of nutritional and biological processes in the body. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets, with a focus on researching and breaking into enterprise accounts and exploring and establishing various revenue channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and establish Legere Pharmaceuticals as a key player in the enterprise segment.

Research and identify potential enterprise accounts, targeting large-scale healthcare providers, wellness clinics, and national pharmacy chains, among others.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts, including C-level executives and senior management.

Present and promote Legere Pharmaceuticals’ holistic wellness products to enterprise clients, highlighting the natural composition, efficacy, and potential cost savings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales collateral, presentations, and customized proposals for enterprise accounts.

Explore and establish various revenue channels, such as partnerships, distributorship agreements, and strategic alliances, to expand market reach and drive sales growth.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the pharmaceutical, weight loss, injectables, nutritional supplements, and dermatology/topical products industries, with a specific focus on enterprise-level opportunities.

Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to monitor progress towards KPIs, revenue targets, and enterprise account penetration.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Legere Pharmaceuticals, establish thought leadership, and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical, weight loss, injectables, nutritional supplements, and dermatology/topical products industries.

Strong understanding of nutritional and biological processes in the body, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to healthcare professionals and enterprise clients.

Demonstrated success in researching, breaking into, and managing enterprise accounts, with a focus on building long-term relationships and achieving revenue growth.

Proven ability to explore and establish various revenue channels, such as partnerships and strategic alliances.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior management.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
